Curti Impresa edile, has been active in the construction industry throughout the Lake Como area since 1992. Founder Edoardo Curti, strengthened by more than 20 years of experience in managing construction sites of prestigious Swiss companies and driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, decided to start his own business specializing in the design and construction of new buildings and renovations.

Over the years he was joined in management by his son Ivan who, thanks to his know-how, contributes to the company’s development by implementing new technologies, materials and construction techniques, always at the forefront of construction and attention to the needs of a demanding clientele in step with industry innovations .

Curti Costruzioni since 2002, has been involved in the purchase, sale, exchange, management, renovation and construction of quality real estate, an area in which it excels in the judicious and strategic choice of sites where to build new residential complexes.

It directly follows the sale of properties, either during construction or once completed, without the help of intermediaries, with obvious and significant benefits to clients.
