House Rules

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the property is left in the same condition in which it was vacated. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures, or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Check-in 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
  • Check-out 8:00 – 10:00.
  • Swimming pool open from 16/03 to 15/10.
  • Maximum 8 guests.
  • Garbage in the appropriate bins a few meters from the villa.
  • Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Before departure.
Take out the trash, turn everything off, return the keys.

Cancellation Policy

Before confirming your booking, please make sure you agree to the cancellation policy.
 Curti Affitti’s extenuating circumstances policy does not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Before the 45th day of arrival: the 30% deposit already paid at the time of booking will be retained.
  • From the 45th to the 30th day: the customer will have to pay 50% of the amount due (or an additional 20% if the 30% deposit has already been paid at the time of booking).
  • From the 29th day onwards: the customer will have to pay 100% of the amount due (or an additional 70% if the 30% deposit has already been paid at the time of booking).

The Breva apartment is on three levels and has a kitchen, a large lake-view living room, four double bedrooms, and four bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first level with a garden and pool view, two are on the second level and both have a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the lake where you can relax, have an aperitif or breakfast; the last bedroom is located in the attic, where there is also a relaxation area with a sauna and exercise bike and the last bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.
