House rules

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she leaves the property in the same condition in which it was entrusted. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Check-in hours 16:00 – 19:00.
  • Check-out hours 08:00 – 10:00.
  • Heated swimming pool open from 16/03 to 15/10.
  • Maximum 12 guests.
  • Garbage in the appropriate bins a few meters from the villa.
  • Quiet hours 22:00 – 07:00.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Before departure.
Take out the trash, turn everything off, return the keys.

Terms of cancellation

Before confirming your reservation, make sure you agree with the cancellation policy.
Curti Rentals’ extenuating circumstances terms do not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Before the 45th day of arrival: 30% already paid at the time of booking will be withheld.
  • From the 45th to the 30th day: the customer must pay 50% of the amount due (or an additional 20%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).
  • From the 29th day onward: the customer must pay 100% of the amount due (or an additional 70%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).

Still starting from the underground parking lot, there are two options for accessing the upper floor where we find the entrance to the other luxury apartment: one from the underground parking lot through stairs and another by exiting the parking lot, an outside staircase leads through paths surrounded by green lawn to the entrance.

The upstairs apartment is on three levels and has a kitchen, a large lake-view living room, four double bedrooms, and four bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first level with a garden and pool view, two are on the second level and both have a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the lake where you can relax, have an aperitif or breakfast; the last bedroom is located in the attic, where there is also a relaxation area with a sauna and exercise bike and the last bathroom with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

The apartment has a large outdoor area with a heated swimming pool (mid-March to mid-October), an inviting veranda with a dining table and barbecue for lunches and evenings with friends: right here the opportunity to relax while enjoying the magnificent lake or the surrounding mountains. Also present are comfortable sunbeds, umbrella, ping pong table and table soccer to give you unforgettable moments.

The Villa combines a modern style with a spacious and bright design, high-quality tiled floors, and parquet flooring in the bedrooms that conveys an inviting atmosphere for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
