Completed in 2024, the apartment offers a luxury accommodation for up to 4 guests and the opportunity to experience an unforgettable vacation surrounded by breathtaking scenery.
The property welcomes you with a grand gate leading to the parking lot basement. From here direct access to the apartment, which has a kitchen, a large living room overlooking the lake, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an area with a Jacuzzi tub. The apartment has a washer and dryer.
Within the parking lot is a charging station for charging of your electric cars.

House rules
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she leaves the property in the same condition in which it was entrusted. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.
- Check-in hours 16:00 – 19:00.
- Check-out hours 08:00 – 10:00.
- Maximum 4 guests.
- Garbage in the appropriate bins a few meters from the villa.
- Quiet hours 22:00 – 07:00.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
Before departure.
Take out the trash, turn everything off, return the keys.
Terms of cancellation
Before confirming your reservation, make sure you agree with the cancellation policy.
Curti Rentals’ extenuating circumstances terms do not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Before the 45th day of arrival: 30% already paid at the time of booking will be withheld.
- From the 45th to the 30th day: the customer must pay 50% of the amount due (or an additional 20%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).
- From the 29th day onward: the customer must pay 100% of the amount due (or an additional 70%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).
