House rules

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she leaves the property in the same condition in which it was entrusted. Any loss or damage to the property, its fixtures or furnishings will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Check-in hours 16:00 – 19:00.
  • Check-out hours 08:00 – 10:00.
  • Heated swimming pool open from 16/03 to 15/10.
  • Maximum 14 guests.
  • Garbage in the appropriate bins a few meters from the villa.
  • Quiet hours 22:00 – 07:00.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Before departure.
Take out the trash, turn everything off, return the keys.

Terms of cancellation

Before confirming your reservation, make sure you agree with the cancellation policy.
Curti Rentals’ extenuating circumstances terms do not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Before the 45th day of arrival: 30% already paid at the time of booking will be withheld.
  • From the 45th to the 30th day: the customer must pay 50% of the amount due (or an additional 20%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).
  • From the 29th day onward: the customer must pay 100% of the amount due (or an additional 70%, if 30% has already been paid at the reservation as a deposit).

The property welcomes you with a grand gate leading to the parking lot basement. From here two access options: from the underground parking lot through the ground floor or from the second floor.

Once out of the parking lot an outside staircase leads through a driveway surrounded by the green lawn to the second entrance.

Next to the underground parking lot are two laundries with washing machine, dryer, sinks, ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Also within the parking lot are two charging stations for charging of your electric cars.

The Villa combines a modern style with a spacious and bright design, high-quality tiled floors, and parquet flooring in the bedrooms that conveys an inviting atmosphere for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Heating is underfloor heating.

Villa Sant’anna’s garden extends over two levels and offers several outdoor areas that invite you to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

  • On the ground floor is the heated pool area (mid-March to mid-October) embellished with a veranda, comfortable sunbeds, umbrella, table and chairs.
  • On the second floor is the large balcony with a table and barbecue for dining and evenings with friends.
  • Also on the second floor, in a secluded area in the middle of the green lawn, is the heated whirlpool for 3 or 4 people, for unique relaxation with the exciting view of the lake.

The ground-floor apartment is accessible via the underground parking lot and consists of a large and bright lake-view living room, where up to 14 people can dine, finely furnished and with two comfortable sofas. The property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is equipped with satellite TV and wi-fi line.

From the living area there is direct access to the veranda with a swimming pool. The bedrooms are located to the right and left of the living area.
Two bedrooms are accessible via a small hallway with a shared bathroom. On the other side is another bedroom with a private bathroom.
